Libby Espeland has a passion for marketing and has led and consulted for marketing teams across startups to Fortune 500 companies, in industries ranging from education to finance, consumer goods to health and wellness. She’s a firm believer in the power of agility to successfully support and scale powerful marketing teams, allowing for companies at large to deliver more value, be more successful, and be better places to work and grow.

Prior to joining AgileSherpas, Libby helped to pilot Agile adoption for multiple SaaS startups, including Skillcrush and Schedulicity.  She’s held Scrum Master roles across multiple teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, in an effort to align teams to collaboratively reach business objectives. Her background in marketing has also ranged from management to boots-on-the-ground execution, giving her plenty of lived experience in how to balance priorities and bandwidth across teams and initiatives.

Libby holds Agile certifications from ICAgile and Scrum Alliance as well as an Executive Coaching Certification from CLCC. She is an Iowa transplant living in Florida with her husband, one fur baby, and two littles. When she’s not "nerding out" on all things Agile marketing and customer-led growth, she is spending time chasing her kiddos at the beach or in the pool.
