As an Agile Trainer and Coach, Maren is responsible for supporting our EMEA-based clients by leading and coaching teams on their way to complete full Agile transformation cycles. In addition to instructing our Agile Marketing Fundamentals and Business Agility Fundamentals certification courses for marketing teams and other business units, Maren is also involved in the ongoing development of our eLearning courses.

Prior to her work for AgileSherpas, Maren has gained experience in the non-profit sector and cultural industries, and worked as a strategy consultant within several agencies. Most recently, she was responsible for corporate collaborations for the feminist online publication EDITION F, for which she implemented successful lifestyle and employer branding campaigns with the overarching goal of helping business, politics, and society become more equal environments.

Maren holds a dual degree Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management from the Harz University of Applied Sciences in Germany, and Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England. She is also an honorary graduate from University of Stirling in Scotland and Lund University in Sweden, where she earned a dual degree Master of Science in Strategic Communication and Public Relations.
