Throughout her marketing career, Ryann has always been a change agent, having successfully stood up and revamped brands, led go-to-market strategies, and optimized marketing teams. In Agile marketing, Ryann has helped brands do better, higher quality work that aligns with business objectives, enable teams to be focused and flexible, and foster innovation and happiness within teams.

With over 20 years of brand and marketing leadership experience with iconic brands and market leaders in an array of industries – automotive, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, professional services, and agriculture – Ryann has created strategies that connect brands with their target audiences, differentiate their offerings, and gain critical market share.

A lifelong learner, Ryann is a graduate of Northwestern University with a BS from the Medill School of Journalism, and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. In addition to her three professional certifications through ICAgile – Agility in Marketing (ICP-MKG), Leadership (ICP-LEA), and Coaching (ICP-ACC) – Ryann also holds a certification in Design Thinking from IDEO.

Outside of the professional realm, as a former Division I volleyball player, Ryann shares the life lessons of sports through coaching youth basketball and volleyball teams. A Milwaukee native, she is practices yoga and pilates to be able to keep up with her two sons, whose limitless creativity and curiosity are on par with their energy levels.
