Colleen Dunn

Agile Trainer & Coach
“Increased efficiency and effectiveness are by-products of having team members who feel fulfilled by their work. Agile marketing enables this kind of people-focused environment, and it helps marketing teams thrive.”

As a dedicated Agile trainer and coach, Colleen Dunn excels in bringing people together through Agile frameworks and giving them the tools they need to evolve into high-performing teams. A marketer by trade, she has experienced firsthand how easy it is to get lost in deadlines, working feverishly from one high priority effort to the next. Colleen brings a breadth of knowledge and real-life experience in applying Agile frameworks in the marketing context.

Prior to joining AgileSherpas, Colleen helped spearhead the adoption of Agile at Randstad, a global recruiting and human resources consulting firm, where she served as ScrumMaster across several teams. She championed the iterative approach and helped the organization discover new efficiencies while increasing employee satisfaction and reducing burnout. She took these learnings to Bohan Advertising, where she helped implement Agile principles to multiple creative teams supporting various Fortune 500 clients.

Colleen is a Boston native who studied Communications and Psychology at Simmons University. She holds certifications from Scrum Alliance and ICAgile. When she’s not coaching teams, she’s either planning her next globe-trotting adventure, trying a new recipe in her kitchen, or volunteering with Sunshine Bridge Animal Rescue. She currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her boyfriend and their coonhound rescue, Cletus.
