As Account Executive at AgileSherpas, Shannon’s role is to support both prospective and existing clients in navigating the path to partnership and co-creating the beginning of client success stories. Shannon is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations DO better and BE better through identifying solutions that support reaching the peak of marketing agility, specifically as it relates to their unique circumstances.

After graduating from University of Delaware, Shannon began her career in market research as a project manager, then as an account manager for Fortune 500 technology giants, including Microsoft and McAfee. More recently, Shannon has focused on business development and account management, including a boutique consulting firm focused on organizational culture transformation and a custom software engineering firm. Her passion for organizational transformation combined with the results she witnessed from Agile ways of working in tech are what led Shannon to AgileSherpas.

Outside of work, Shannon spent over a decade of her life living abroad and traveling as much as possible. These days, you’re likely to catch Shannon out in nature with her dog; reading, cooking, and dining with friends; or, perusing a local art exhibit in her home town of Richmond, Virginia.
